Hexagon Human Capital plc ('Hexagon' or 'the Company') 
Issue of Equity 
The acquisition agreement in respect of Oxygen Executive Search Limited dated 12 
May 2005 contained certain provisions which required Hexagon to make deferred 
consideration payments to the vendors, on the achievement of certain performance 
targets. 
The board is pleased to announce that under the terms of the above the final 
tranche of deferred consideration has been agreed and at a board meeting held on 
09 June 2009 a total of 512,237 new ordinary 1p shares in the Company were 
allotted to the vendors. 
Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for admission 
of the new ordinary shares to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock 
Exchange.
