Hexagon Human Capital plc ('Hexagon' or 'the Company') 
Issue of Equity 
 
The acquisition agreement in respect of Archer Mathieson Limited dated 3 August 
2007 contained certain provisions which required Hexagon to make deferred 
consideration payments to the vendors, on the achievement of certain performance 
targets. 
The board is pleased to announce that under the terms of the above at a board 
meeting held on 31 March 2009 a total of 2,011,225 new ordinary 1p shares in the 
Company were allotted to the vendors. 
Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for admission 
of the new ordinary shares to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock 
Exchange.
