Hasgrove plc (AIM: HGV, 'Hasgrove'), the digital and communication services group, announces that at its General Meeting held today, the resolution was passed.

Accordingly, the conditional disposal of Amaze plc, announced on 11 March 2013, is now unconditional. The sale is expected to complete on 28 March 2013.
