Appointment of CEO and Change of Adviser

Hephaestus is pleased to announce that Chris Heminway, currently a non executive Director of the Company, has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Chris is leading the search for suitable acquisition opportunities in the industrial technology market. Contact has been initiated with a number of potential suitable targets, although discussions are at an early stage.

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Shore Capital and Corporate Limited as Nominated Adviser ("NOMAD") and Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited as broker to the Company with immediate effect.
