Hardide plc, the provider of unique surface engineering technology, advises that
it will be announcing its Interim results for the 6 months ended 31 March 2006
on 8 May 2006.

An analyst briefing given by Jim Murray-Smith, Chief Executive, and Peter
Davenport, Finance Director, will be held at 09.30 am on 8 May 2006 at Abchurch
