1(st) November 2012: The Board of Directors of the Company, an authorised closed-ended investment scheme managed by FourWinds Capital Management and established to invest in global water opportunities, wishes to announce that, subject to Guernsey Financial Services Commission approval, Praxis Fund Services Limited ("Praxis") will be appointed, in place of HSBC Securities Services (Guernsey) Limited, as Administrator and Company Secretary of the Company, with effect from 14(th) November 2012.
