The Company received notification today, from Standard Life Investments,
informing it that following a disposal of 600,000 Ordinary Shares on behalf of
Standard Life Group, they now have a notifiable interest in 4,079,833 Ordinary
Shares, representing 4.911% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital. The
shares are registered in the name of Stanlife Nominees Limited.
