Additional Listing



The Company today announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority and
the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 123,580 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the capital of the Company  ("the Shares") to be admitted to the Official List
and to trade on the London Stock Exchange. The Shares will be issued pursuant to
the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 26th April 2004 and Amendment No.1
of 8th June 2006.



The shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company.
