   OGGIES ARE SIGNED FOR UNIQUE SAFER SUNBATHING PRODUCT TO PROTECT CHILDREN

Galleon Holdings plc, owners of children's cartoon property Oggies, announced
the signing of an agreement with OFEX quoted Personal Screening plc ("PS") who
have licensed the characters to promote and launch a sun monitor patch. The
disposable patches are no bigger than a one pence piece and can be placed on the
skin or clothing. They react to ultraviolet radiation in a similar way to user's
skin and can be coated in sunblock.  They change colour to indicate when to
reapply sunblock or seek shade.

PS have the exclusive European rights to this unique product.  Under the terms
of the license Galleon will be paid a royalty for every pack of sun patches
sold.

Patrick Kirby, Business Development Director of Personal Screening, said: "We
are delighted to have secured the Oggies license.  The response already from the
trade and multiple retailers has been very encouraging.  We have reached an
agreement for the sales and distribution to over 4,000 pharmacies in the UK.
Oggies are very popular with children and parents alike.  They have certainly
created awareness for our sunpatches."

Jim Driscoll, Chairman of Galleon Holdings and developer of the first series of
Oggies, said: "Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the UK and these
patches are a great way of avoiding the dangers of being in the sun for too
long.

"Oggies love their outdoor sports and having cartoon characters to market the
patches will help kids be more receptive and give peace of mind to parents."

England goalkeeper David James has once again joined the Oggies team to help
promote sun patches.  He is also involved with the characters in "Safer Surfing
on the Internet with Fistral Freddie" to warn children about the dangers of chat
rooms.  This initiative was launched in October last year in conjunction with
The Metropolitan Police and Crimestopppers.
