Suspension

The Company announces that it has not implemented its investing policy nor completed an acquisition which constitutes a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules. Accordingly, pursuant to the AIM rules, its shares will be suspended with effect from 7:30 a.m. today. The Board is exploring a number of options and is optimistic that a transaction can be effected in the next six months.
