The Company announces that Hamish Harris has notified the board of his intention to resign from his position as Non-Executive Director to concentrate on other business interests with effect from 31 October 2014. Hamish will continue to fulfil his existing responsibilities prior to his departure and a process has already commenced to recruit a successor to be appointed before the effective date of resignation.
