                              Total Voting Rights


Following the acquisition of control of Changsha High and New Technology
Industrial Development Zone Yunbo Information Technology Co. Ltd and the
issuance of the deferred consideration shares to Phoenix Investment Global
Limited issued share capital of the Company will consist of 99,794,113 ordinary
shares with a nominal value of 1p per share, with voting rights (one vote per
ordinary share).


The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. The figure of
99,794,113 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the
Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
