 US$600,000 contract for the sale and supply of 32 million premium holographic 
                             promotional products                              

Contract

Galleon Holdings Plc, the intellectual property owner and developer, is pleased
to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Croco Worldwide Sourcing Limited
("Croco"), has secured a second major contract to supply a range of premium
holographic products for an in-pack promotion for the leading US global food
and beverage client which previously ordered a toy based intellectual property
as announced on 1 February 2005.

The contract for 32 million pieces totals approximately US$600,000 and
deliveries will commence this month. The product, which is proprietary to
Galleon, delivers animation on a printed product, and was chosen for its unique
play value.

Stephen Green, CEO of Galleon, commented,

"I am delighted that this client has placed its second substantial order with
us so soon after the initial contract. It further illustrates our business
model of unlocking premiums and promotions on a Global scale by owning,
developing and managing proprietary products and IP."
