Request for cancellation from trading

In connection with the offer made for the entire issued share capital in the Company by SS&C Technologies Holdings Europe S.a r.l. on 14 March 2012 (the "Offer"), the Company notes that the Offer closed on 25 June 2012, and the squeeze out of the remaining shareholders in the Company will complete on 9 July 2012. The Company has therefore requested that the listing of its securities on the Main Market of London Stock Exchange plc be cancelled from trading with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 10 July 2012.

The Company will make a separate announcement once the cancellation takes effect.
