At the Annual General Meeting to be held on 4 September 2008, it is proposed
that the Articles of Association be amended to bring them into line with the
Companies Act 2006. An explanation of the principal changes is set out in the
Annual Report and Accounts. A copy of the proposed new Articles has also been
lodged with the UK Listing Authority for publication through the Document
Viewing Facility.
