Ordinary 25p Shares at a price of 792 pence per share for holding in Treasury.

The total number of shares held in Treasury is 1,321,000. Following this
transaction the number of shares in issue remains at 15,012,042. The total
number of voting rights for shares in circulation is 13,691,042.
