The Company was notified on 1 June 2023 that on 31 May 2023, Joycelyn Morton, Non-Executive Director, purchased 26,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35.90 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this transaction, Joycelyn Morton's beneficial interest in the Company is 121,572 Ordinary Shares representing 0.11 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
