Babyworld.com Limited, announced on 12 July 1999, Freeserve
plc has issued 983,158 ordinary shares of 0.01p each.
Accordingly, application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for the shares to be admitted to the Official List
and dealings are expected to commence on 9 August 1999.
