           INTERNET PARTNERSHIP WITH DIXONS' FREESERVE 

Freepages Group plc ("Freepages") the UK interactive branded
services company operating under the Scoot trading name, has
formed an internet partnership agreement with Dixons' Freeserve.

Freeserve provides unlimited internet usage with no registration
or subscription fees and features 10 'channels' providing news
through Press Association, entertainment and weather as well as
an internet search facility through Lycos. Scoot is providing users
with added value information on over 2 million businesses throughout
the UK through a direct link on the Freeserve home page. In addition
the Scoot cinema guide will be integrated into the Freeserve site
and will offer cinema listings, film reviews, advanced mapping*
locators and the Scoot 'cinemail' service.

Robert Bonnier, Freepages' Chief Executive Officer, commented: "Our
powerful Scoot internet site is a valuable commodity that we want
to build into a branded household product. The complimentary
internet vision of Scoot and Freeserve will allow us to target new
users bringing increased traffic to our advertisers and offering

Freeserve is accessed via a free CD-Rom which can be obtained from
any branch of Dixons, Currys, PC World or The Link. Freeserve users
do not pay for their internet access other than through the normal
charge for a local rate telephone.
