    Agreement with Roberts Radio Limited

    Freeplay Energy plc, the original and global brand of clean, dependable energy products, is pleased to announce that it has signed an
agreement with Roberts Radio Limited ("Roberts Radio"), the UK brand leader in the radio market. 

    Under the terms of the agreement, Freeplay's Eco-Charge* technology will be incorporated into a Roberts radio and the product will be
marketed internationally. Production will commence in May 2008, with deliveries to retailers in June 2008.  The agreement is worth not less
than US$2.5 million to Freeplay in the calendar year 2008.
