                                  Board Changes

Freeplay Energy plc, the original and global brand of clean, dependable energy
products, announces that Richard Court, Finance Director, will be leaving
Freeplay in order to concentrate on his church interests. He will step down from
the Board and leave the Company on 31 March 2008.

Colin Batt (aged 49), who joined in late January 2008, has been appointed as
Finance Director and will join the Freeplay Energy Board on 1 April 2008. He is
based at Freeplay's new head office in central London and has been working
closely with Richard Court to effect a smooth handover.

Colin joins from Aircom International Ltd, a telecommunications consultancy,
where he was Interim Finance Director Europe. Prior to that he was Operations
Director, Europe, Middle East and Asia ("EMEA") at Motorola Networks. Colin has
held a number of senior positions at Motorola where his recent experience will
be important to Freeplay as it completes its restructuring and moves into the
next phase of development.

Rory Stear, Executive Chairman, commented:

"I would like to take this opportunity of thanking Richard for his valuable
contribution to Freeplay over the last four years and wish him all the best for
the future. We are delighted that Colin is joining Freeplay. His combination of
skills and experience, both as a CFO and operationally, will be invaluable to
the Company as we complete the restructuring programme and move forward."
