                              FREESERVE PLC

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for Block Listings of 5,071,487 Ordinary shares of 0.01p each of
FREESERVE PLC to be admitted to the Official List. The shares will be listed in
connection with Subscription Agreement with Energis Holdings Limited following
the meeting held in July 1999.

The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the company.
