        Bush Internet TV agreement with Freeserve
                            
 Customised Bush Internet TV's and Bush Internet Set Top
  boxes to be retailed through Dixons and Currys stores
                            

Alba  plc, the consumer electronics group, is pleased  to
announce   an   agreement  with  Freeserve  under   which
Freeserve's  new Internet TV portal will be  featured  on
customised Bush Internet TV's and Bush Internet  Set  Top
boxes.

These  products  will from mid-October  be  sold  through
Dixons and Currys stores.

"Access  to the Internet through household television  is
fast  becoming  the chosen route for millions  of  global
users.   Bush internet TV removes the need for  expensive
PC's  in  order  to  get on line and  overcomes  previous
barriers of computer technophobia.

"This  relationship with Freeserve and  the  addition  of
Dixons and Currys retail outlets adds considerably to the
existing nation-wide distribution for Bush Internet TV."
