             Freeserve announces roll-out of Internet TV portal

     Content and platform agreements with Ondigital and Bush Internet TV

Freeserve, the UK's leading Internet portal, today announces roll-out plans
for its new Internet TV portal, featuring Freeserve content and services
reformatted to work with the majority of devices that provide open access to
the Internet through the TV.

The Freeserve Internet TV portal will be a featured portal on customised Bush
Internet TVs and Bush Internet Surf Set set-top boxes sold through Dixons and
Currys stores from 16 October 2000.

The Bush Internet TV devices, which will retail in Dixons Group stores for
#169.99 for televisions and #79.99 for set-top boxes, will have links from
the browser and the remote control to the Freeserve Internet TV portal.

A selection of Freeserve and Freeserve partner content, services and
applications has been repurposed for the roll-out of these Internet TV
devices, and includes the best of the www.Freeserve.com Entertainment, News,
Weather, Sport, Shopping, Travel and Life channels, plus search and other
functionality.

In a separate agreement, a range of Freeserve portals and content is being
made available on ONnet, the Internet TV service offered by the UK
terrestrial TV network ONdigital. Already available through ONnet is
Freeserve's leading UK women's portal, iCircle, with Fsauctions to follow
soon.
