   AGRREMENT SIGNED FOR DISTRBUTION OF FREEPLAY PRODUCTS IN NORTH AMERICA AND
                                   CARRIBEAN

Freeplay Energy, the technology company that captures, stores and delivers
electric power to self-powered devices such as radios, torches and mobile phone
chargers, today announced that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement
for Freeplay products in North America, Hawaii and Caribbean Countries with US
sales and distribution company Dixie Sales Company ("Dixie").

Distribution Agreement
The distribution agreement sees Dixie provide brand building, marketing, sales,
order management and distribution services for all of Freeplay's product range.
The agreement will commence with immediate effect and run to December 2008 with
annual extensions subject to Dixie meeting agreed performance targets in line
with a substantial marketing plan developed by both parties. In addition to the
United States and Caribbean territories, Dixie will manage the relationship with
Freeplay's Canadian distributor CEID. Freeplay will contribute to agreed fixed
costs and a proportion of variable costs with profits being shared between
Freeplay and Dixie dependant on annual sales.

Dixie Sales Company
Dixie is the largest distributor of outdoor power equipment, small All Terrain
Vehicles (ATV's), scooters and original equipment replacement accessories for
the garden industry. Based in the United States the company distributes through
multiple depots with same day order despatch and a 100 person call centre for
direct sales. This sales team will be particularly useful in supporting
Freeplay's new product strategy especially the FreeCharge foot powered generator
due for launch in North America in Q3 2005.
