               Holdings in Company and Director/PDMR Shareholding

FPS has today been notified that WestStar Ventures Inc. ("WestStar") has
transferred 2,809,781 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("Shares") in the Company,
for a nominal consideration, to certain early stage investors who provided
finance to the Company prior to Admission. Following the transfer WestStar has
an interest in 40,365,419 Shares representing 44.04 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital. Ong Lay Ann, Chief Executive Officer of FPS, is
beneficially interested in WestStar Ventures Inc.

Akina Limited, in which Freddie Heng (FPS Finance Director) has a beneficial
interest, has today received as part of the above mentioned transaction 441,713
Shares. Following the transfer Freddie Heng has an interest in 696,675 Shares
representing 0.76 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
