Further to its previous release on 20(th) December 2010, Finders Resources Ltd 
("Finders") wishes to confirm that today will be the final day of trading of its 
shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, with the cancellation of 
its listing on AIM scheduled to be effective at 7am GMT on 26(th) January 2011. 
 
Finders shares will continue to be listed and tradeable on the Australian 
Securities Exchange ("ASX").
