Final Scheme Results re: Sallies Limited

Fluormin plc (AIM : FLOR) is pleased to announce the election results of the Sallies Limited ("Sallies") minority shareholders following the Company's successful offer, made under applicable South African regulatory rules, of 0.0276837 Fluormin ordinary shares or ZAR 0.14 cents for every Sallies ordinary share outstanding. Sallies' minority shareholders have elected to receive, in the aggregate, 1,734,969 Fluormin ordinary shares (the "Consideration Shares") and ZAR 38,870,813 (approximately GBP3,000,000). Application has been made for the Consideration Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on or about 20 December 2011, Fluormin's enlarged share capital will comprise a total of 55,762,772 ordinary shares.

The Company is in the process of making a mandatory offer to the minority Sallies' debenture holders, pursuant to the Takeover Regulations (as previously announced), which will expire on 20 January 2012. The Company has offered Sallies' debenture holders cash consideration of ZAR 0.50 cents per debenture or 0.064595 Fluormin ordinary shares for every Sallies debenture outstanding. Further announcements will be made by the Company throughout the offer period in this regard.
