Further to previous announcements, the Board of Fundamental-e-Investments plc
is pleased to announce that a demolition order has been received for the
Company's freehold property in Kilsyth, Scotland. The demolition process has
commenced as initial site preparation for the construction of 72 residential
apartments.

The demolition order is a key step in the Board's strategy of maximising the
value of the Company's property asset.
