    FibreGen plc, (AIM: FBG), the international biomass-to-energy company formerly known as Libra Natural Resources plc, was notified on
Tuesday 15 July 2008 that UBS Wealth Management (UK) Ltd. has purchased 52,672 Ordinary Shares in the Company, and now holds 2,112,689
Ordinary Shares in the Company. This holding represents 9.89 per cent of the Company.
