The Company received notification on 10 November 2006 that AXA S.A. is interested in 3,531,407 ordinary shares of 10
pence each ("Ordinary Shares") representing 13.61 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. This interest
comprises a beneficial interest of 42,650 Ordinary Shares and a non-beneficial interest of 3,488,757 Ordinary Shares.
