Disclosure of shareholding

The  Company  announces  that on 18 December 2007, it was notified that as of  that  day,  Charlemagne
Capital  (IOM) Limited now holds in aggregate 44,577,775 common shares of no par value in the Company.
This holding represents approximately 14.72% of the voting rights of the Company.

As  of  18  December  2007,  the  Company's total issued and outstanding  share  capital  consists  of
302,802,981 common shares.
