                            Resignation of Director

Mr Andrew Moore has tendered his resignation to the Board in order that he can
commit more time to his other business interests. The resignation becomes
effective on 30 December 2005.

The Company thanks Mr Moore for his contribution leading to the flotation on AIM
in 2004 and his support to the growth of the Company.
