The Company announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on 1 July 
2009, all three resolutions were duly passed unanimously. 
 
 
Matthew Ng, Chief Executive Officer, said "On behalf of the Board, I would like 
to thank shareholders for their continued support.  We look forward to an 
improving operating environment in second half of 2009".
