Sale of parking property in Kaiserlsautern, Germany

The Board of European Real Estate Investment Trust ("the Group") is pleased to announce that a sale of the parking garage located in Kaiserslautern, Germany has been completed for a price of EUR5.0 million. The sale price of EUR5.0 million is equal to the Group's December 2013 valuation and represents about 4.2% of the portfolio value as at 31 December 2013. Located parallel to the prime high street located in Fackelstrasse in Kaiserslautern, the facility offers 400 parking spaces and is leased on a long term basis to the parking operator Contipark.

This sale is consistent with the strategy announced by the Group to realise assets at prices in the best interests of shareholders.
