Portfolio Update

The Board of EREIT is pleased to announce a binding commitment to sell a part of the Europort property in Frankfurt, Germany.

The 1,664 sqm property is noncontiguous with the main Europort site and is let to FAS Fritsch Air Service GmbH on the basis of a short unexpired lease. A sale has been agreed at a price close to EUR700,000, which is within 7% of the 31 December 2012 valuation.

The sale is entirely consistent with the realisation strategy being pursued by the Company. All net sale proceeds will be used to reduce debt.
