The Company is pleased to announce that following negotiations Peek & Cloppenburg (P&C) & Ernstings have entered into new long term lease agreements at the high street retail premises owned by the Company in Kaiserslautern, Germany.

This improves the weighted average lease length on this property from 5.0 years to 7.9 years.
