Dealings by the Manager

The Company has received notifications of the following dealings in the ordinary shares of GBP0.10 each ("ordinary shares") of the Company on 8 December 2014 by the management and employees of the Investment Manager to the Company, Ocean Dial Asset Management Limited (the "Manager").

-- Mr Raju Shukla, the majority shareholder of the Manager, purchased 3,084,197 ordinary shares in the Company at 4.5 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Shukla has a beneficial interest in 58,075,093 shares in the Company (representing 26.69% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).

-- Mr David Cornell, the CIO of the Manager, purchased 442,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 4.5 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Cornell has a beneficial interest in 442,000 shares in the Company (representing 0.20% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).

-- Mr Hugo Evans, the Finance and Operations Manager of the Manager, purchased 444,444 ordinary shares in the Company at 4.5 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Evans has a beneficial interest in 444,444 shares in the Company (representing 0.21% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).

-- Mr Amul Pandya, the Sales and Marketing Manager of the Manager, purchased 105,263 ordinary shares in the Company at 4.5 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Pandya has a beneficial interest in 105,263 shares in the Company (representing 0.05% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).
