Director/PDMR Shareholding 
 
 
Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R, Ennstone announces that, 
following the guidance issued by the FSA on 9 January 2009 in relation to the 
disclosure obligations of Directors and PDMRs in respect of the use of 
shareholdings as security, it was notified on 23 January 2009 by Vaughan McLeod, 
Chief Executive, that he had granted security to his personal banks over 
10,192,538 ordinary shares in the Company in which he has a beneficial interest 
(the "Pledged Shares"). The Pledged Shares represent approximately 2.1 per cent. 
of the Company's issued share capital. 
 
 
Mr McLeod continues to be the beneficial owner of 13,022,865 ordinary shares in 
the Company (representing approximately 2.7 per cent. of the Company's Issued 
Share Capital), which includes the Pledged Shares. 
 
 
Other than as disclosed above, the Company has not been notified of any other 
arrangements whereby a Director or PDMR has granted security over shares in the 
Company.
