    Endeavors plc ("the Company") 
    New Company Name

    On the 23rd June 2008 the Company changed its name from Tadpole Technology Plc to Endeavors plc.

    The Company's primary trading entity in the USA will continue to be called Endeavors Technologies Inc and the UK based trading entity
remains Endeavors Technologies Ltd.

    Collectively the group of companies will be called Endeavors.

    The change in name reflects the Company's sole focus on its Software as a Service and Application Virtualization business.

    The Company sold its hardware product business in 2000.

    Peter Bondar CEO commented "The plethora of different names has created a degree of confusion with prospective customers and partners
and is a logical step in our journey to a pure-play software company". 

    The EPIC trading name has changed from TAD.L to END.L

    The Company's registered office remains  7th Floor Phoenix House, 18 King William Street, London EC4N 7HE
