                              AIM Block Admission

The Company announces that application has been made by the Company to the AIM
Market of the London Stock Exchange plc for the block admission of up to 
15,513,320 new common shares of no par value, each of which may be allotted and 
issued in due course should the options and warrants granted under the following 
schemes be exercised:
