      RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

    The Annual General Meeting of Elixir Petroleum Limited ("Company") was held on Monday 24 November 2008 at Level 31, 77 St Georges
Terrace, Perth at 2.00 pm (WDT).

    The resolutions voted on were in accordance with the Notice of Annual General Meeting previously mailed to shareholders and available on
