ISSUE OF C SHARES

The Company announces that it has received valid applications for C shares of 1p
each ("C Shares") with payment in full at 100p per C Share and made the
following allotments:

On 4 April 2007, 3,887,866 C Shares were allotted and issued in respect of the
valid applications received by the Company under its offers for subscription.

On 5 April 2007, 1,274,311 C Shares were allotted and issued in respect of the
valid applications received by the Company under its offers for subscription.

After the above allotments, 8,300,041 C Shares were in issue.

Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for these
shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to
trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.

The Offer for Subscription is respect of the 2006/07 tax year is now closed, but
the Offer  in respect of the 2007/08 tax year is expected to remain open until
30 April 2007 unless previously extended or fully subscribed earlier.
