Result of General Meeting

The Board of Edge Performance VCT public limited company (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the special resolution relating to the appropriation of the distributable profits of the Company to the payment of the Relevant Dividends and the entry into of both the Shareholders' Deed of Release and the Directors Deed of Release in respect of the Relevant Dividends was approved by the Company's shareholders at the general meeting of the Company held today.
