    EBT MOBILE CHINA PLC (the "Company")

    Additional Listing

    Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market "AIM" for 115,852 new ordinary shares of 0.1p
each to be admitted to trading on AIM.

    The new shares, which rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue have been issued pursuant to the exercise of options in
accordance with the terms of its covering Option Deed.

    Admission is expected to become effective on 3 September 2008.
