Re Cancellation of Admission to AIM

Further to the announcements made on 15 August 2012 and given the appointment of administrators to the Company, the Company will not be in a position to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser and Broker. For that reason, the London Stock Exchange will cancel the admission of the Company's securities to AIM at 7.00am on 18 September 2012. The Company's shares will remain suspended until that time.

The administrators are currently engaged in the process of realising assets of the Company to make a distribution to creditors. This process is not expected to result in any proceeds being available for the benefit of shareholders.
