DEEP-SEA LEISURE PLC ("DEEP-SEA LEISURE" OR THE "COMPANY")

BOARD CHANGES

The Board of Deep-Sea Leisure announces the appointment of Carlos Marina as a
Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.  This follows the
resignation today of Alfonso Carvajal, a Non-Executive Director of Deep-Sea
Leisure since 1 December 2003.

Carlos Marina, aged 45, has a degree in economics.  He joined Gillete in 1981,
where he held various marketing positions, before accepting a move to Kraft
Foods in 1987 where he was promoted to Foodservice Business Director for Spain
and Portugal in 1998.  Mr Marina left this position in 1996 to join British
American Tobacco as Sales and Distribution Director for the Iberian business as
well as Trade Marketing coordinator for Southern Europe.  He resigned from
British American Tobacco in 1998 when he was offered the position ofManaging
Director of McLane Logistic Company's Spanish subsidiary, where he subsequently
achieved a complete turnaround of the business.  Mr Marina left McLane Logistic
in February 2004 to accept the position of General Manager of the Aspro Ocio
group.

The Board would like to thank Alfonso Carvajal for his contribution and to
welcome Carlos Marina.
