                 Change of Name, Registered Office and Website

The Company announces that it has changed its name to Doriemus plc and at the
same time changed its TIDM from TEX to DOR. Both of these changes have been
notified to the London Stock Exchange and will take effect from 8.00 a.m. on
17 July 2013.

The Company has changed its registered address with immediate effect to Suite
3b, 38 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6DN.

The Company has also changed its website address with immediate effect to
www.doriemus.co.uk.
