        Availability of Report & Financial Statements and Notice of AGM

Further to the final results announcement made on 10 June 2013, TEP announces
that the annual report and financial statements of the Company for the year
ended 31 December 2012 has been posted to shareholders and is available to
download from the Company's website www.tepexchange.com.

In addition, the Company announces that its annual general meeting, notice of
which accompanies the annual report and financial statements, will be held at
200 Strand, London WC2R 1DJ at 11.00 a.m. on 4 July 2013.
