The Company announces that it has made an application for the admission of
55,555 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.  These shares have been
issued pursuant to the authority granted at the annual general meeting held on
27th May 2002 in satisfaction of an invoice totalling #1,250 rendered to the
Company by a provider of services.

It is expected that dealings in the said shares will commence on 15th January
2003.
